Join me and your local beach bums for an early morning vinyasa flow led by me (Nicole Doyon)! All proceeds will go to the Laguna Ocean Foundation, supporting the preservation of our marine environment.

Bring a mat, friends, and a bikini if you want to take a dip! Can't wait to see you there.
