Join us at the Park Point Beach House for a 50 minute HIIT style bootcamp on the beach. Bring your mat, a towel, and dry clothes for after, because it'll probably feel great to jump in the lake afterwards.
*if the weather does not permit class, there will not be a reschedule, and if there's not a class already scheduled at the studio we'll bootcamp indoors.
