Nichola Sinclair Foreman | MRICS PQS | LEED® AP | Project Director M3 Projects

Nichola Sinclair-Foreman has over 14 years’ experience in the construction and development sector and carries professional accreditations of B.Sc, P.ENG and LEED AP©. Beginning her post graduate career with EllisDon Construction Services Inc, Nichola worked diligently to develop her skills and expertise to rise from a novice project coordinator to a skilled, competent, and highly effective Project Manager. Following her time with EllisDon, Nichola joined the M3 team to fill the void in the project management field which had become evident through her experiences with other project management firms.

Approaching every project with the collaboration and cooperation requirements held paramount, Nichola has successfully led numerous projects with M3. She has developed an acute understanding of construction, development management, and what is necessary for successful project initiation, execution, and completion. Through her time with the firm, she has developed her professional designation from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and now as Project Director leading a $500M publicly funded project in Calgary, AB.

She never hesitates to assist where and whenever needed, working quickly to provide whatever is needed for the betterment of the group and project. Her willingness to assist and determination to ensure that project teams work together results in projects that are efficient, cost effective, enjoyable, and ultimately successful.
