The Birmingham Education Association (BEA) is a professional organization representing public school employees in Birmingham, Alabama. BEA is also an affiliate of Alabama Education Association (AEA) and the National Education Association (NEA).
We advocate for our members and we aim to advance equitable and high-quality public education in the state.
