Be Yours: A Valentine's Day Meditation Circle

We’ll open the circle with gentle movement and breathwork. Then we will journal about intentions and use crystals and herbs to create a beautiful spell jar infused with purpose and magic. From there, you’ll be guided into deeply restorative shapes, where the body surrenders and the nervous system softens. As you rest, Sarah, will channel Reiki energy to awaken the heart and bring the chakras back into harmony.

We’ll close with a powerfully loving guided meditation, sealing the circle and leaving you feeling held, open, and aligned.
