Join the YWCA of PBC and Coach Marcques Henderson, Founder of the Azariah May Academy for a day filled with self-defense techniques including mental and character disciplines that will reduce the likelihood of having to execute physical techniques. This training is geared towards victims of crimes and space is VERY limited.
