On Saturday, May 11th, 2024 from 11am - 4pm at beautiful Rush Park in Los Alamitos, Orange County, BE YOUR BEST WELLNESS FEST returns for its annual festival of health & wellness! But, this year is a special edition theme of “HONORING MOTHERS” as we celebrate & gather over Mother’s Day Weekend! From yoga, zumba & more fitness classes in the grass, to stage entertainment, to an expert health vendor fair, local healthy food pop-ups, professional family photos, tea tents, movement therapy silent disco dance party, AND SO MUCH MORE, you won’t want to miss this day of feeling WELL!
