Lindsey Young
Host: Lindsey Young

Info: Lindsey Young is a Twin Cities-based writer and storyteller, balancing her full-time work for the Minnesota Vikings with her passion for mental health advocacy — and sometimes intertwining the two. In her 11th year as a writer & editor for the Vikings, Lindsey has been honored to cover the team she grew up rooting for and to work on projects featuring the likes of the late Bud Grant, Alan Page, Harrison Smith, Anthony Barr, C.J. Ham, Justin Jefferson and many more. In addition to spotlighting on-field performances and storylines, she specializes in off-field features and in 2021 started the “Getting Open” series focused on mental health.

In May, Lindsey published her first-ever children’s book, “Olivia the Brave,” which addresses childhood anxiety. Once an especially cautious and sensitive child herself, she continues to feel things deeply and seeks ways to use anxiety as a superpower to help others.

Basket Style Raffle

Info: During the evening, participate in a basket-style raffle. Put your tickets where your heart is, and stick around for the winners drawing!
