After a glimmer of spring yesterday I am taking my class back outside (fingers crossed!!) from this Saturday 4th May. Parklands Community Centre will be be our backup plan, subject to their availability.
My classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, and are a fun fast paced way to start your weekend with a bang and leaving you feeling great!
