𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕣𝕥 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟜 𝕒𝕤 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕞𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕥𝕠 𝕘𝕠 𝕠𝕟!My classes are back this Tuesday 2nd Jan form my home gym and then Saturday 6th Jan at Parklands Community Centre
My classes are welcoming, encouraging and not in the least bit scary! Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
All sessions are 45 minutes long and incorporate high intensity exercises with resistance/weight based exercises. Mats and weights recommended.
