About this Event

Be S.A.F.E. - Be Secure, Aware, Free, and Empowered. This class will teach you ways to avoid a potentially dangerous situation. If you are unable to avoid that situation, ways to de-esculate the situation, and if you are unable to de-esculate it to escape it with as little interation with the attacker as possible.

We will work on techniques that include escaping things like handshakes, shirt grabs, hair grabs, and more.
