Won't you be our neighbor? Step into the neighborhood of kindness and imagination with our Mr. Rogers themed storytime! Join Miss Pam at the Fred Roger’s Memorial Statue along the North Shore for an enchanting journey where timeless tales meet the gentle wisdom of everyone's favorite neighbor, Mister Rogers. Bring your little ones as we read “You Are My Friend” a heartwarming picture book that celebrates the work of Mister Rogers. We will have lawn games and themed crafts that celebrate friendship, and the joy of being exactly who you are. Please bring a blanket to sit on for the story, a snack and water and say “Hello Neighbor” you join us at Story time in the Park! Feel free to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy before or after the events of Storytime have concluded!
*Please note there is not a bathroom facility available at the memorial, but there are area businesses in walking distance that should be able to assist.
