Join my trainer and friend, Rob Tapia, and I on June 20th as we push you beyond your perceived limitations so that you can show yourself what you're capable of. Get ready to be moved physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually as we bring movement, fitness, and faith together so that we can embody spirit with intention and purpose by serving the Tomball community. A portion of the proceeds will directly benefit The Renewal Center, a nonprofit that provides support and belonging for people from all walks of life facing various challenges as they find their way back home to themselves.
