Be More Ben Siblings Group

Be More Ben is running a sibling group for the first time. This will be held quarterly at Vermonti Health, Bedminster from 7-9pm.
Our sibling group is available to young people (age 8+) who have lost their brother or sister.
Vermonti Health is a wonderful space and the session will be run by two of their qualified therapists who have been working alongside Be More Ben since 2018.
The aim is for a fun youth evening with an activity and snacks plus games, chat and fun. There will obviously be an underlying acknowledgement of why the children are there but there is no set agenda or expectation to talk about their siblings.

Some families will be familiar with the space as we offer therapeutic support at this venue, it is where we run our play and music therapy sessions too. For some families, it could be a soft introduction to the space if counselling is something they may be considering for the future.
