Let go of critical minds that cause unhappiness, guilt and negativity. Learn instead to use meditation to think in ways that uplift your mind and make you feel happy, strong and confident. 💪
Often we can be our own harshest judge. Self-critical thoughts and guilty minds often arise from having very high expectations of ourselves which are almost impossible to reach and, as a result, can lead to us beating ourselves up when we don’t live up to them. 😣 These states of mind never help us to become a better or more effective person, in fact, they prevent us from becoming the person we have the potential to be. 🌟
In this meditation workshop, we will learn how to accept ourselves, how to develop more realistic & beneficial expectations of ourselves, and how to be kind to ourselves. 🙏
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
