Ladies If you are in the Lubbock area join @bejauntydancefitness Every Monday at 6pm for a FUN Full Body workout that is for women of ALL ages! My 77 year old mother has been doing my workouts! Welcoming all dance and fitness levels, you don't have to be a good dancer! This is a judgement-free, safe space for women to come have a great time, getting fit, and building community with other like-minded women! The workout is only $10 per class and you don't have to be a member of the gym.
