Kanika Kitchlu-Connolly, Career Coach and Mentor

Kanika is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of working in the City, the last 5 of which were as a partner at TLT LLP.

Over the course of her career, Kanika has gained recognition across many of the legal directories and has spoken at several insolvency industry events in that time, both here and abroad. During her time at TLT, Kanika co-led the firm’s India practice and also co-led the firm’s Ethnic Diversity Network.

Kanika left the law in October 2024 to retrain as a career coach and mentor and is now an EMCC accredited coach.
