Join us for a powerful weekend of faith, wellness, education, and sisterhood as we gather to uplift and support women and girls across every stage of their reproductive journey.

Hosted by Barren Fruit, the Be Fruitful Wellness Conference is a multigenerational experience designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit through community, healing conversations, and holistic wellness practices.

Rooted in God’s promise of fruitfulness, this conference creates space for restoration, learning, and empowerment—reminding women that their stories, their bodies, and their journeys matter.

Opening Reception

Kick off the weekend with an uplifting evening of connection, inspiration, and celebration.

Enjoy music, spoken word, community networking, light refreshments, and a preview of the wellness experiences to come. This reception sets the tone for a weekend centered on healing, sisterhood, and hope.

Main Conference & Workshops

Participants will explore reproductive health topics across every stage of life through workshops, expert conversations, and holistic wellness experiences.

3K Warrior Walk & Reflection

The weekend concludes with the Barren Fruit Warrior Walk, a powerful gathering honoring the strength and resilience of those navigating infertility and reproductive health challenges.

Together we walk in solidarity, followed by a time of reflection and worship.
Our Mission

The Be Fruitful Wellness Conference uplifts and empowers women and girls by addressing the full spectrum of reproductive health through community, education, wellness, and spiritual care. We believe every woman deserves support, knowledge, and hope as she navigates her reproductive journey.

We envision a world where women and girls experience dignity, healing, and hope in their reproductive health, supported by community and grounded in the belief that God deeply cares about their wholeness.

This three-day gathering brings together health professionals, wellness practitioners, advocates, and community members for meaningful conversations and restorative experiences.

Young Girls (8–12)
Period preparation, body confidence, and DIY first-period kits

Teens (13–18)
Cycle tracking, reproductive health awareness, and advocacy

Young Adults
Fertility preservation, egg freezing, and nutrition for hormonal balance

Adults (25–45)
Fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, and infertility support

Midlife & Beyond
Perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal transitions

Mental health, fatherhood, and supporting partners through infertility
