Be Community Donation-Based yoga class is taught by local instructors. $10 minimum suggested donation for non-Be Love Yoga members. 60% of all donations go to a local charity or cause, and 40% of all donations go straight to the instructor. Come out, practice, and support our growing yoga community!
This week's donations will be going to Eagle OPS Foundation. Eagle OPS provides limited assistance for emergency needs that could otherwise negatively affect a service member or veteran in their transition home.
Meet your instructor Brad:
"I originally began my intended path towards yoga teacher certification as another ‘accomplishment’ towards my repertoire, and to balance out my other physical training practices.
I knew yoga would not only help center and ground me, but would also improve my physical capabilities and overall performance as well. I was not fully prepared however, for how dynamically the consistent, personal practice of yoga would positively impact me and uniquely shift my life-balance.
Following my Yoga Teacher Training with Be Love Yoga Studio in 2023, I decided to diligently hone my practice, in order to prepare myself for the responsibility of teaching others. It is now time for me to step into the role of teacher, sharing my [developing] knowledge and experiences with you.
It is my intention that as we practice together you may feel challenged, inspired, and supported towards your goals and your individual growth.
It would be an honor to join you in your practice of peace, intention, and personal wellness.
