• We’re two birth educators (a labor & delivery nurse + a birth doula with 15+ years of experience) who can’t wait to share what we wish every mom knew in the first trimester:
• How to choose the best Nashville birth provider and the best place to give birth for your family
• What’s really happening with your body (and how to cope with the changes)
• Realistic expectations for pregnancy
• Simple ways to ease nausea and move your body safely
• How to calm the normal worries + anxieties that pop up
• Connecting with other moms in the same stage

And of course—the best part—you’ll get to ask us anything that’s on your mind.

This class is best for those that are in the first trimester of their pregnancy, but anyone is welcome!

This session is FREE with registration and has a limited capacity. Must purchase ticket to attend.
