- Break into small groups and consolidate into one group idea.
- Share and merge into a collective vision.
Week 2: Plan Actions
- Repeat the process, focusing on actionable steps for the idea from Week 1.
- Groups align on execution strategies.
Week 3: Fine-Tune & Support
- Like-role groups (e.g., all Role 1s) collaborate and offer resources.
- Share visions; community provides advice and guidance.
Week 4: Execute
- Bring the collective idea to life through hands-on action.
