Join us for an important and interesting conversation with Ijeoma Oluo on Thursday, October 17th. Her book “Be A Revolution” inspired us and we think it will inspire you, too!
Time: Doors open at 6pm. The main program runs from 7 to 9pm. Book signing following the main event is from 8 to 8:30pm. Complimentary small bites, baked goodies and non-alcoholic beverages will be available (most food allergies accommodated). No food or drink will be allowed in the auditorium.
Tickets: $30 general admission; $10 for students and folks on limited budgets. (Book purchasing also available. All book sales are final.)
Getting There: (Moriarty Auditorium at PCC Cascade Campus) There is paid parking available for cars and the venue is quite accessible by public transit.
Seating: There is seating for many body types, and the space is ADA accessible, with at least one all gender restroom. For inquiries about accessibility, please contact [email protected]
ASL: Main program will be interpreted in American Sign Language on-site and in real time.
Sound levels will be typical of a speaking event using a microphone and speakers.
Book Signing:
- Purchase your book along with your event ticket, and we’ll have it ready for you at the event.
- Bring your own copy.
- Either way, you can have your copy signed by the author following the main event.
