Be A More Confident You

This two-day Be A More Confident You workshop is designed to help women across the Liverpool city region to feel confident, empowered, create healthy habits, and build their financial wellness.

As women, we are often taught to put other people before ourselves. The cost of living crisis adds extra pressure and we want to help.

Over two sessions, you will cover:

• Positive thinking & positive self talk
• Managing change and building resilience
• Setting boundaries
• Motivation and assertiveness
• Breaking the stigma around finances. It will be a safe space to build a positive mindset around money and help you take control.
• Financial resilience
• Identifying a realistic and healthy budget

*NB* The workshop will take place at 54 St James Street on Thursday 27th June- Friday 28th of June | 10:00am - 2:30pm

Please note, tickets for this course will close on Thursday 30th June at 9am.

Eligibility:

This programme is open to women living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton).
