• A designated area outside will be provided for all participating food truck and non-food truck vendors .
• A designated area inside will be provided for all participating vendors/companies to display their products and or services.
• Prefer all vendors/companies to bring their own table and chair. If you do not bring your own table, a table and two chairs only will be provided. However, tables and chairs are limited.
• All parent/guardian will have the opportunity to visit ALL vendors and after their visit, the parent or guardian will received a ticket to participate in all drawing.
• Each vendor will received tickets to give to all parent/guardian that visited their table.
• Parent/guardian ticket will be place in a container for door prizes drawing and students tickets will be place in a container for a bike, skateboard, scooter or toy.
• Asking all vendors to have a game that kids or parent can play to win a ticket to be placed in the container for door prizes drawing and students tickets will be place in a container for a bike, skateboard, scooter or toy
• Set up time starts at 9:00 am to 10:50 am, break down time is from 2:00pm to 3:00 pm and event start time is 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Location: Georgia Farrow Recreation Center, 530 Davis Dr., Irving, TX 75061

• All vendors/companies will need to register.
• All vendors and companies are asked to make a monetary donation of at-least $125 or donate an 16’ or bigger bike for a male or female or skateboard or a scooter.
• All vendors and companies are asked to donate toys in equivalent value of $125 for a male or female.
• If applicable, asking all vendors and companies to donate one gift basket of their product and services to be given away as a door prize.
• Deadline for all donations is Thursday, December 13, 2024.

• All gifts need to be drop off and or deliver to location listed below. Please contact Richard Foster to schedule a date and time to drop off and or deliver at 972-652-0056.
