The BCS Digital Skills Network membership, recognises the importance of digital skills to the economy, and the critical need to address organisations’ digital skills gaps.

On Nov 3rd, we will be bringing the Digital Skills Network discussion to Manchester with representatives from industry, health, education and those who are coming together to discuss their experiences of digital transformation so far and their strategy for the future and the challenges, they see on the horizon to secure the pipeline of talent they’ll need.

The 4 panels will each offer a diverse outlook as they will have differing priorities / resources / skillsets / starting points.

• Panel discussion 1 – large tech employers (led by The Talent People)Panel discussion 2 – large non-tech employers Panel discussion 3 – the health sector Panel discussion 4 – local SMEs Followed by a session with educators who will discuss the employer challenges raised on the day and what we can do to address them.

You will also get the opportunity to meet BCS' new CEO Rashik Parmer, who will close and wrap-up the days discussion points.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
