This year’s event brings together the bold flavours and mouthwatering marinades that make global BBQ so unforgettable. From grilled Armenian skewers, Cypriot souvla, Brazilian BBQ, West African meats to slow-smoked American BBQ, you’ll be taken on a taste journey across continents with no passport required.
