Want to BBQ like a Pro?? Then come and join Berkies BBQ Masterclass at Four Square St Heliers, Tuesday April 29th.We are running Meat and Seafood week from Monday April 28th and what better way to educate and entertain our customers than with a night with the award winning Berkie.
Spots are limited to only 20 people for this epic first-ever in store event which will see you:
1. Watch Berkie, the master, entertain and demonstrate how to prepare and cook 3x different cuts of beef – Rump, Sirlion and creation of slider patties.
2. You will then receive your own portion of Rump, Sirloin and Mince for you to prepare and cook on the BBQ with Berkie providing guidance and advice. Plenty of laughs along the way too.
3. You will then be able to sit down, socialise and eat everything you cook along with some other 4SQ edible goodies.
4. As part of your ticket you will get to use and then take home your own Berkie GPS (Garlic Pepper Salt) Seasoning. A range of Culley's sauces will also be available to try plus receive a referral card to show at Weber Lunn Ave for the Berkie's hook ups.
