Are you or someone you know interested in learning the art to low and slow Texas style barbeque? We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting a Barbeque Master Class in 2024!
When : Saturday 17th February 2024
Time : 10am - 2pm
Location : Black Duck Brewery
6 Acacia Ave, Port Macquarie

Cost : $120pp
We will teach you everything you need to know from trimming and preparing cuts, fire management and flavour profiles. We will work with a variety of different meats including Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork and more!
This class will include a Barbeque Buffet lunch afterwards.
**Please note only people who have booked in will be able to sit in on the class**
