Firstly, we want to just make this clear, this is a competition merely for the namesake. Yes, there will be winners but it is not being run as a professional competition but more merely a way for a lot of great people to show off some specialty dishes. This event is meant to bring people together on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy each other.All of that in mind there are not many rules. Make the type of food you like whether it be grilled, smoked, or BBQ'd Small samples for people to try. Blind judging done by every paying sampler. Prizes given to the top 3.
$20 a person. Each person will also be entered into a Wisconsin Badger game pool for additional prizes. Remaining money will be donated to the prize pool. Time of game that day is TBD still but we will keep you updated.
We are looking for at least eight competitors to compete against Austin ( He doesn't take prize pool spots but will compete against you) Please sign up with Austin, Amy , or Brea for these spots.
Also reserve your spot with payment anytime before the week of, at the start of that week will announce how much room we may still have for that day.
