You will experience a progressive dinner & demonstration highlighting our award-winning Smoked Meats paired with Craft Beer & Bourbon. Chef Greg Gaardbo has spent years mastering the art of the smoker & his steadfast wife, Kristina, is a Certified Cicerone - quite literally a match made in heaven! Get ready to be amazed not only by the delicious food & drink, but by the never-ending wealth of knowledge these two possess! This is a night you won't soon forget and you'll have leftovers for the rest of the week!

Each ticket includes a wildly generous portion of the following: Amish Chicken, Brisket, Mikeska Sausage, Pulled Pork, St. Louis Spare Ribs, Cornbread, F’n Mac & Cheese, 18hr Pit Beans, Mexican Street Corn, Fireball Bread Pudding, as well 3 Craft Beer & 3 Bourbon pairings.

You must be 21 or over with a valid ID to attend. Our bar will be available for additional beverage purchases throughout the night. Bottled water is included with your purchase. You may choose to substitute craft sodas instead of alcohol but the price remains the same. This event is for onsite consumption only. To-go boxes will be provided for anything you can't finish. All sales are final. This is a communal, family-style event.
Please note: there are no physical tickets for this event. Your name will be added to the list and all you have to do is check-in at the door upon arrival. A reminder email will be sent out prior to the event.
