BBF featuring The Healing Doula presents an exquisite Meditation Session focused on Self-Regulation through Breath Work and Affirmations for Anxiety and Depression.

As we celebrate Men’s Mental Health Month and the BBF 4 Year Anniversary, we are intentionally creating space for MEN to slow down, breathe, heal, and reconnect with themselves and one another.

Too often men carry stress, pressure, trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression in silence. This experience is designed to offer tools, conversation, and community support in a peaceful environment focused on healing and emotional wellness.
