Scholarship Pageant to be held locally as fundraiser for charity! The GFWC Emerald Coast Junior Woman’s Club, Inc. is presenting a fundraiser pageant which offers scholarships to the winners in Panama City on June 19th to benefit the Kicks for Kids charity program. The Emerald Coast Juniors are hosting the Bay County Miss Firecracker Scholarship Pageant for which the entry fee is simply one new duffle bag, small suitcase or backpack to be donated to foster children. This pageant is open to anyone (girls newborn-18 years and boys 0-6 years.) You must pre-register and pay for a minimum of one adult admission badge in advance. Registration is online with payment or we can meet locally for paperwork pickup. Admission is $20 in advance, $25 at the door for adults; $ 10 in advance, $15 at the door for children under 12.
We will only be taking 10 contestants per age division. Each age division winner will receive a $50 scholarship.
All contestants will compete in beauty walk. This can be pageant dress or Sunday's best. Interview is also offered as a side award. Attire for interview is Sunday's dress, interview dress, or pageant dress. Photogenic competition is included in each age division for free. It will be judged the day of the event. Side awards will be available ($10 each or 5/$25.) Overall photogenic and Overall Most Beautiful are also available for an extra fee of $25 each or 2/$40).

Rules and Guidelines:
Chaperones will escort contestants in 0-2 age division. We ask that chaperones keep bodily contact with these contestants when near the front of the stage. This is for the safety of the contestants. Judges will be instructed to deduct points from contestants running wildly around the stage.
Contestants compete at the age they are the day of the pageant. Judges are instructed to judge contestants based on their age.
We ask that all contestants dress appropriate for their age. Contestants 0-12 are asked to wear natural hair, nails and makeup.
All contestants release the right to any photos taken that day by GFWCECJWC, Inc. photographers.
Age division winners are required to attend a 3 GFWCECJWC, Inc. community service events.
No smoking, vaping, or use of alcoholic beverages is allowed in the staging area or near contestants.
GFWCECJWC, Inc, reserves the right to refuse or remove any contestants, chaperones, or attendees acting in an inappropriate or dangerous manner and pro-rate any awards based on the number of contestants in the designated age division.
As awards are purchased in advance, refunds cannot be given.
