Bay Area Lumpia: Cooking Party!

Bay Area Lumpia is hosting a Pop Up cooking party!

Participants will have a workstation equipped with the tools/ingredients they’ll need for each recipe.

Filipino cuisine is vibrant and features the five major flavors – sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy. Lumpia’s are various types of spring rolls, commonly found in the Philippines.

They’re made of thin paper-like or crepe-like pastry skin called “lumpia wrappers” enveloping savory fillings. Chicken & Vegatables. It is often served as an appetizer.

In this class, we'll roll the lumpia to the perfect size, deep fry the lumpia to a golden brown, and build balanced sauces. After making these recipes, you’ll be able to enjoy a generous portion with your group!
