Bay Area Intensive with Ishita Mili X NachleSF

Ishita Mili is a NJ/NY-based director, choreographer, educator, and iconoclast. Her classes provide an elemental approach to globalized movement and therapeutic storytelling. Classes deconstruct the IMGE Methodology, featuring seasonal movement phrases connecting foundations from hip hop, bharatanatyam, house, to chhau. Her intensives offer a multi-day deep dive into the historical and intuitive connections between cross-cultural movement, body and mental alignment, and emotive grounding to access your maximum potential.

Class is open to movers from all backgrounds who are interested in finding community with like-minded explorers. 2+ years of prior dance experience recommended.
