Bay Area Craft Beer Festival 2023

The 2023 Bay Area Craft Beer Festival returns to Martinez Waterfront on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 Noon - 4pm ! Featuring 40+ local breweries and over 100 beers to sample including Home Brew, Live Music, Delicious Food, & Fun!

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS FOR BEER TASTING - $60 through March 31st or $70 starting April 1st. $70 at the door if not sold out. This event sold out last year, get those tickets early!

Must be 21 years or older. Valid photo ID required.

Ticket Includes unlimited beer tasting, free water at the Hydration Station and live music. Variety of food trucks and booths with food available to purchase.

All tickets must have barcode scan for admission at the gate. Bring your paper ticket or present your ticket barcode on your smartphone.

LIMITED parking at the Martinez Marina. We encourage you to carpool and park downtown if driving to the event.

Event is rain or shine. IF HEAVY RAIN IS PREDICTED, THE CITY MAY NOT ALLOW USE OF FIELD DUE TO DAMAGE. SHOULD THIS CALL BE MADE BY THE CITY, THE EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND TICKETS WILL CARRY OVER TO THE NEW DATE.

$10 of each event ticket sold goes towards beer and glass. The remaining income after tax and processing fees of each event ticket sold is a donation and goes directly to benefiting Main Street Martinez (Downtown Martinez & Co.), a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the economic vitality and hometown character of downtown Martinez. All prices of taxable items include sales tax computed to the nearest mill.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

YES! All attendees including Designated Drivers must be 21 years or older. Nobody under 21 allowed.

What COVID-19 Measures are being taken?

Our event will follow all current CDC, State and County mandates. Should anything change before the event you will be emailed with updates.

Are kids allowed at the event?

No. Our ABC license does not allow anyone under age 21 at the event. This includes tasters, DD's, vendors and volunteers. 

Are pets allowed in the event?

No. We love our pets as much as you but the festival is no place for them. Please leave your pets at home.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

AMTRACK, BART, UBER, LYFT, Taxi, or ride with your DD, call a friend or family member to pick you up.

What can I bring into the event?

Water in sealed bottle. No outside food or alcohol allowed.

What's the refund policy?

No Refunds will be issued for any reason with the following exception: event forced to cancel due to COVID-19 mandate, in which case, full refund will be issued.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but make sure you can bring your ticket up on your smartphone. And please adjust the screen contrast so our scanners can read the barcode.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. You can sell or give your ticket to a friend as long as they are 21 yrs or older.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes.
