The Burmese Association of WA (BAWA)'s annual charity dance will be held on Saturday, October 5th, 2024. The event aims to support various causes in the community, including education, livelihood, water & food supply, shelter, and basic essential needs. The association has helped migrants, refugees, orphanages, underprivileged schools, struggling young women, widows, and single mothers, elderlies, farmers in rural parts of Myanmar. They have also donated to establish livestock, agricultural farming projects, sewing skills training, and have contributed to several organizations in Myanmar and Australia. The event will be held at Laguna Bocce Club.
