Save the date for our inaugural Bijoya Mela event, where we will celebrate the auspicious Bijoya Dashami with our members, families, and friends from the wider WA Community. The event will be held in an outdoor fair atmosphere at Civic Amphitheatre, 2 Civic Gardens, Cannington 9th November, from 1 pm to 7 pm.

- Bengali food preparation and tasting workshop: Watch the preparation of delicious Bengali snacks such as phuchka, egg-rolls, rosogolla, and vegetable chop, and enjoy free tastings (limited stock available).
- Children's Zone: Engage children in Bengali art and cultural activities in a dedicated zone.
- Entertainment for kids: Face painting, magic shows, and more.
- Food stalls: Enjoy delicious food in a picnic atmosphere with friends and family.
- Trade stalls: Shop for your favourite jewellery, traditional clothes, and more.
- Cultural Showcase: Experience a 3-hour display of Bengali and multicultural culture and arts on the open amphitheatre stage, featuring music, dance, singing, skits, and more.
- Safe, secure, family-friendly, free event: Plenty of shade and chairs will be available. Security, ambulance, and first aid services will be provided. This is an alcohol and smoke-free event.
