Grab your lederhosen & dirndls and meet us on the mountain for German American Day at the Reading Liederkranz! This is a special celebration as we share in the fun and festivities with our friends at the Lancaster Liederkranz & Evergreen Country Club. This year’s event will be held on Sunday August 21st from 12 to 6 pm and will be open to the public with FREE ADMISSION!
We will have plenty of great German dishes and beers on tap as well as a jam packed schedule of entertainment. Headlining German American Day will be Bavarski from 1 to 5 pm as they rock the main stage with their electric performances of German and Oompah music. We will also have performances by the RLK Singers and GTV Edelweiss Schuplattlers that will honor our German culture and set the mood for GA Day.
Make plans to join us on Sun Aug 21st and partake in the great fun of German American Day and celebrate being a German American. Gate opens at noon with our outside bar and kitchen available for food and drink service. Parking is available on site but limited. This is one of our can’t miss events of the year so we hope to see you on the 21st. Prost!
