The Courtyard Project invites you to Baul Berandah, an evening celebrating the timeless spirit of Baul music. Featuring a live performance by one of the Baul families from The Baul Bari Collective, bringing the rich musical traditions of Bengal to our courtyard.Originating in the villages of Bengal, Baul music is a centuries-old folk tradition performed by wandering minstrels whose songs blend influences from both Vaishnava and Sufi traditions.Join us for a soulful evening, meet people who are interested in folk music and exploring the self through music in a magical ambience of a 60 year old bungalow's courtyard.
