Галина Павлова — искусствовед член Ассоциации искусствоведов ведущий преподаватель Международной школы дизайна (IDS) и Арт-школы «Детали». Автор учебника «Теория и история стилей» а также множества курсов по истории искусства архитектуры и дизайна.
Поговорим о феномене школы Баухаус — как за 14 лет её существования были заложены основы современной архитектуры дизайна и графики. Что общего между средневековыми ремесленниками и модернистами? Как глядя на велосипед создать кресло? Почему женщина на кухне стала объектом научного исследования? Как доски превратились в сценический костюм? Разберем каким образом возвышенные мечты Баухауса стали привычной частью нашей повседневной жизни.

We invite you to Galina Pavlova's lecture "Bauhaus. Relevant a Century Later" which will take place on May 27 at the Bauhaus Center.
Galina Pavlova is an art critic member of the Association of Art Critics leading teacher of the International School of Design (IDS) and the Art School "Details". Author of the textbook "Theory and History of Styles" as well as many courses on the history of art architecture and design.
Let's talk about the phenomenon of the Bauhaus school - how the foundations of modern architecture design and graphics were laid in the 14 years of its existence. What do medieval artisans and modernists have in common? How can you create a chair by looking at a bicycle? Why did a woman in the kitchen become an object of scientific research? How did boards turn into a stage costume? Let's look at how the lofty dreams of the Bauhaus became a familiar part of our everyday life.
