Panelists discuss what makes Wisconsin a perennial battleground state and how things will shake out this fall in races for president, U.S. Senate and House. The panelists are:
--Charles Franklin, director of the Marquette University Law School poll;
--Craig Gilbert, former chief of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's DC bureau;
--And Lilliana Mason, political science professor at Johns Hopkins University
The WisPolitics quarterly DC breakfast is a place to network with fellow Wisconsinites and newsmakers. This is the third of four this year and features a new venue -- the Les Aspin Center for Government near Eastern Market, about 1 mile from Capitol Hill.
