All Teams will do 3 wods & floater

Top four from each division moves on to FINALS

Early Bird Registration until June 1st - $175/team

AFTER May 31ST - $200/team

1st place Rx- $500 CASH* and swag

2nd Place Rx - $300 CASH

3rd Place RX - $150 CASH

1st Place Scaled - $200 CASH

Division Standard:

UPDATE 6/5 - Lots of questions on standards! If you scale most of the workouts at your gym, go scaled! If you RX most, go RX!

RX -

Athletes in this division are expected to have performed all workouts in the 2021 Open as prescribed with no scales or modifications.

Snatch (165/115lb)Clean & Jerk (245/145lb)Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, Double-Unders, Ring/Bar Muscle-Ups, Toes to Bar, Handstand Push-Ups, Rope Climbs, Single Leg Squats. Proficient performing any movements with dumbbells (50/35lb)

SCALED -

Athletes in this division may have performed workouts in the 2021 Open as prescribed, but that is not mandatory. Having performed workout(s) scaled or with modifications is acceptable and programming for this division will reflect that.

Snatch (95/65lb)Clean & Jerk (135/95lb)Pull-Ups, Double-Unders, Hanging Knee Raises, Rope Climbs. Proficiency performing any movements with dumbbells (40/25lb)

All sales are final. You may transfer your ticket to anyone else but there will be no refunds for any reason.

CrossFit Unwritten reserves the right to adjust the weights/movements prescribed prior to competition.

CrossFit Unwritten reserves the right to adjust any prize money/swag prior to July 17th based on ticket sales.

CrossFit Unwritten reserves the right to stop any athlete we deem unsafe.

CrossFit Unwritten reserves the right to remove an athlete from competition due to unsportsmanlike conduct.
