Rules: The preliminaries are FREE to the public. To vote, it is $10 a vote, limited to 2 votes per fan. Voting must be in person and starts at 10:30 pm. Doors at 7 pm and 1st band starts at 7:30 pm sharp. Start for all the bands and vote for your favorite. The winning band from each night will advance to the grand final round on November 28th.
