Does your team have what it takes to survive the gauntlet and rule Madison County? Join us for the inaugural HAAR Battle of the Brokerages—the ultimate high-energy, family-friendly showdown of the season!
Whether you’re competing for glory on the field or cheering from the sidelines with a cold drink, this is the can't-miss real estate event of the year. Bring your team, dress in your brokerage colors, and get ready for an unforgettable evening of food, beats, and fiercely fun competition.
🏃♂️ The Main Event: The Brokerage Gauntlet
Think your brokerage can close the ultimate deal under pressure? Teams will need speed, strategy, and teamwork (kids and adults alike!) to navigate four Realtor-themed obstacle stages:
- Stage 1: Digging for the Closing Keys – Race to dig through the vault, find the hidden key, and unlock the next station.
- Stage 2: The FSBO Balance Act – A high-stakes race balancing a "FSBO Deal" (tennis ball) on a legal clipboard. Drop the deal, and your team freezes!
- Stage 3: The Escrow Leak – A blind water-passing relay over your heads to fill the "Target Escrow" bucket.
- Stage 4: Race to Record the Deed – A final sprint to plant the giant "SOLD" sign and smash the buzzer to lock in your official time!
The brokerage with the fastest overall time takes home the grand prize and the inaugural Battle of the Brokerages trophy!

The legendary Pie in the Face competition reaches its messy, spectacular climax! Come watch your favorite local real estate leaders get a face full of whipped cream—all for a fantastic cause.
