Join us for Battle of the Boxes- Co-ed Edition for members of CrossFit Athens, CrossFit Madison, CrossFit Empire South, and CrossFit Hazel Green. Pairs will be M/F. Division will include RX, Masters (40+), and Scaled. For Masters, both athletes must be 40 or older. DIVISION STANDARDS:
RX- 24"/20" box jump. pull ups, toes to bar, double unders, barbell movements at 135/95, wallballs at 20/14, dumbbell/ kettlebell movements at 70/50
Masters- 20" box jump, pull ups, toes to bar, double unders, barbell movements at 115/85, wallballs at 20/14, dumbbell/kettlebell movements at 50/35
Scaled- box step ups, jumping pull ups, hanging knee raises, single unders, barbell movements at 95/65, wallballs at 14/10, dumbbell/kettlebell movements 35/25
