Victoria's Finest Jazz Big Bands squaring it off for charity in a Christmas Fundraiser that won't soon be forgotten.
Watch Victoria's two best big band jazz orchestras Rumble in the Hall for Christmas Charity.
$20.00 for a great show of Big Band Jazz for a good cause.
Proceeds to benefit the Mustard Seed Church and The Salvation Army Sunset Lodge.
The Don Leppard Big Band Vs. The Island Big Band
Founded by the late Canadian drumming legend Don Leppard this 20 piece big band features some of the top Professional and Amateur musicians in Victoria. With a Jazz Orchestra repertoire spanning the past century this amazing band will keep you on the edge of your seats as they tour you through their favorite Jazz and Christmas swing favorites.
The Island Big Band is one of Vancouver Island's to performing jazz bands with a history spanning over 40 years the group has performed across British Columbia and regularly features top soloists from across the continent. Legendary players such as Bobby Shew, Walter White, Floyd Standifer, Paul Horn, High Fraser, Jerry Bryant, and Roy Reynolds have been featured artists with the band.
Both Bands will sparkle with Christmas and Jazz favorites for a good cause...
