Battle of the Bands: Showcase Your Talent. Support Durham's Seniors.
About this Event
The Durham Center for Senior Life invites musicians of all ages and genres, including solo artists, bands, choirs, and ensembles, to take the stage at our Battle of the Bands Charity Concert!
Each performer or group will have up to 5 minutes to showcase 1–2 songs of their choice. At the conclusion of all performances, audience members will vote to crown the DCSL Battle of the Bands Champion, who will receive a commemorative trophy and exclusive event t-shirt.
Participation is free for performers. We encourage all to invite friends, family, and fans to attend! Audience tickets are $10, and 100% of proceeds will support Durham Center for Senior Life's free programs and essential services that help older adults remain healthy, active, and independent.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, June 18th. Please email [email protected] to sign-up to perform.
Performance expectations: Family-friendly music and lyrics only. Performers must provide any instruments or equipment not supplied by the venue and arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
