Event Details:
- When: April 20th, 2024
- Where: Mineral Palace Park / Bridge & Cap Band Area
- Time: Vendors start setting up at 9am (No Fee)
- Bands Start arriving at 8am.
- Contest starts at 9am & the entire event ends by 6pm.
- Contest End & Awards Given: 5:30pm
- How to Win: The crowd decides! Let your screams be heard on the scream meter to determine the winners!

Scream-o-Meter will determine the Winner. Cash & Gift Prizes will be given at the end. Lets see what you got & let's see if you are or if you're not?
