Bats & Cats Woodland Trail - Friday

Head into the woods this Halloween for a family-friendly scavenger hunt at Cowley Adventure! Follow a spooky seasonal trail, solve challenges, and collect clues as you explore. Perfect for primary school-aged children (with their grown-ups), this afternoon of outdoor fun promises adventure, laughter, and autumn magic.

🗺️ How it works

On arrival, you’ll receive a map and instructions to guide your journey. Follow the trail, complete fun challenges, and collect clues as you explore the woodland. The trail takes around 45 minutes to complete, but you’re welcome to stay, play and explore until the session ends at 5.00pm.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who can join

· This event is open to all, but is especially suited to primary school-aged children.

· Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout.

· Please come dressed for the weather and wear suitable footwear for woodland terrain.

· Parking available.

· Toilets are available near the car park.

· The gift shop will be open during the event.

⚠️ Important Information

· The woodland paths are natural and uneven, so unfortunately this event is not suitable for visitors with accessibility requirements.

· No dogs allowed on the trail.

· Refunds are not provided except if the event is cancelled by the organisers; a full refund will be issued. This event will go ahead in all weather; the only exception will be an official storm warning.
