Bat Walk at Hartcliffe City Farm
About this Event
Join us at the farm in September for a special bat talk with Peter Loy-Hancocks. Learn about the bats living at the farm and across BS13, and the vital role these fascinating nocturnal creatures play in our ecosystem.
This session offers a chance to learn more about bats, their habits, and the habitats they depend on, before heading out on a guided dusk walk around the farm to see and hear some bats!
The Haybale Cafe will be open for hot drinks and snacks during the event.
Part of this event will be outdoors with some walking on uneven ground. Please wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear, and bring a torch as it may be dark when you leave site.
